Summarizing questions being asked in first two technical rounds- Round One- Basic java, selenium, API testing questions. These will be very basic like, difference between findElement() and findElements(), static and non static method, List and Set, Switching to Alert and performing operations. Round 2- In depth questions- 1. Why do we use Webdriver driver = new fireFoxDriver() and not SearchContext 2. What type of framework do you work on. What are disadvantages of using traditional page object model or page factory model 3. how do you click on a disabled button. 4. fluent wait, polling 5. How do you close all the open browsers, should not use quit(). 6. Syntax for taking screenshot upon test failure. The screenshot name should have the method name in the file being created. 7. How to drag and drop a email from inbox to a specified folder. I mentioned different approaches which we can take but the interviewer was looking out for answers which he knew. I could only attend 2 technical rounds. In total they have 3 technical round, one managerial, one HR rounds. All the best
