I got call from Naukari then I got discussion call for pre hr in which your total experience and expected salary was asked.(In final HR expected CTC will not be taken into consideration is different part) Then there was 1st online test if you clear the 1st test In my case I had cleared it then 2 nd round was zoom video technical screening was taken. In that you were evaluated based on all the skill sets mentioned on your resume and Project architecture was asked. It was around 1 hr interview. If you clear the screening round In my case I had cleared the 2nd round as well. Then they will ask for the documents. After that within 2 days my hr round was done. In hr round basic questions was asked like your family background about your project and the company details, hobbies and then she come to salary negotiation. In which she offering me 30% hike on my current CTC. I was rejected that as I already told my salary expectation in pre hr then also she told me that as per Company policy we will offer you only 30 % hike. Or if you have any counter offer then only will give that much hike. I declined the 30% hike on my Current CTC. **IMP Note**: All the reviews who declined the offer because of maximum 30% hike on current CTC are genuine. I had experinced it personally. Your skill set and experince is no worth to the company. You need offer from other Company then only they offer you good hike as one of Senior Hr told me.
