The entire process was quick and painless. I applied online at the end of January/ early February and had my first day of work 3 weeks later. I had a preliminary phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone screen with my manager-to-be, followed by an in-person loop of 4 half hour segments. That was followed later that week with an interview with the Executive Manager of Operations. Following the Executive interview, I was given an offer.
