Initial communications was through Career Centers at School. A 1:1 interview is held to understand the type of job one is looking for and see if that correlates with the job openings. Different job possibilities are discussed and shown at this stage. Next stage, would be the on-site interview with paid expenses for the trip to the company. Usually, a one-day on-site interview takes place. Technical, HR, Process related interviews take place from prospective teams identified in first 1:1 interview. Time,Lunch are provided to interact with prospective colleagues. The follow-up usually happens within 2-4 weeks. Negotiation is done with Hiring HR Manager.
