I had 2 interviews that were scheduled promptly. The intial call with with the Director of HR and she was very friendly, informative and made times to answer all my questions. My 2nd interview was a multi person interview and that call dived deeper into the role and gave me more insight into what they were really looking for and needed. I was able to take that and respond back well with how my skills and strengths could help in the areas that they needed support.
