Received an e-mail inviting me to a face-to-face interview. Was interviewed by the HR recruiter & Marketing Manager. HR recruiter was very pleasant, but manager was very rough around the edges (inexplicably used profane language within seconds of our introduction).
I sent a follow up e-mail after the interview, to which I received no response. After hearing no conclusion to the interview 3 weeks later, I e-mailed again. Only then did they respond that I had not been hired. Feedback: it would have been good to receive an e-mail from them with the verdict, instead of having to hunt down the answer myself.
Job seekers: I still see this position advertised/reposted on the job boards, and it seems it incredible that they haven't found someone "suitable" in all this time.

Entretien
Applied online. The first round was a recruiter screen and then a second round with hiring manager and another senior member of the team. The recruiter said the role is open for quite sometime so they wanted to close it ASAP.
Interestingly, I was totally ghosted after that. I sent 2 or 3 emails to the recruiter asking for an update and every time I got a reply that they will get back. No wonder, they are struggling to close the role for a long time.
