I applied through online using job portals. There total 4 rounds of interviews in which first one assessment round and then two technical virtual rounds and then a hr round which is in-person at company location

they mostly cover manual testing concepts and basic sql knowledge
Despite the name, it’s not a “recruitment” or HR company. It’s mainly a tech solutions / consulting firm—so roles are often:
Software development
ERP systems (especially enterprise tools)
IT consulting / support
Some people get confused and expect a staffing agency.
They ask basic questions about your background, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
They may also explain the role and company briefly.
If applicable, you’ll have a technical interview to test your skills related to the job (e.g., coding, designing, problem-solving, domain knowledge).
This might be conducted online or in person.
