the interview process is easy to go through, they ask really easy questions and they try to make conversation with you. you'll be asked about lab experience and computer experience.

about an hour three people will interview you from each site. Asked personal question and about my previous experiences. The hiring manager was very nice and personable and she described the Wuxi culture accurately
The interview process was very simple and easy. It was an in person interview with 2 people. Questions were simple - mostly based on past experiences and resume. There were a few behavioral/personality type questions.
