Phone interview with contract company, in-person interview with recruitment company, then in-person interview with manager. I was asked one question, the entire interview took maybe 5 minutes. Honestly doesn't surprise me now, based on some others I've seen that they hired.

Insistent on "making sure that the role is a good fit before choosing to work here", almost as if trying to talk me out of the role.
