I applied in late January of 2025 and the entire process took a month from application to the end of interviews. They skipped any phone screening and proceeded directly into the interviewing process. I underwent an initial interview with the Director of Customer Experience, Websites. It seemed pretty typical of most interviews. About a week later, I was given a design assessment, followed by a second-round interview with the Marketing Automation Manager and Digital Content Manager to review my submission. My third-round interview was held roughly a week after that with the Director of Enterprise Applications and one of their Developers. The process seemed pretty standard, granted I probably made it more difficult on myself due to the amount of prep I did before each round. Their team was very direct throughout. The only thing that might strike me as odd is that the Director of Enterprise Applications didn't show up to the third-round interview, without any prior notice to me. I interviewed with the developer alone and their next steps were taken without me meeting with that Director. I'm not really certain what to think of that. Their decision came the next day, and they listed very clear and concise reasons why I wasn't hired. At the very least, I appreciate such transparency during a company's hiring process.
