Interviewers expect specific answers what they have in mind and not what you answer with real project experience. HR shortlist resume for specific roles, but will be interviewed for other positions. 10yr experience candidate gets shortlisted for Job which requires 3+ yrs to work on. Although you give all right answers, you get a feedback saying Profile mismatch or technically not aligned. HRs dont even bother on being hospitality, Water, Tea/Coffee etc. Resumes gets shortlisted for wrong positions. Dumb recruitment team. Its a financial based company, no value for technically skilled candidates. I personally felt a totally waste of time with this organizations interview process. HR dont bother to give update on the outcome of the interview. I dont recommend for senior candidates to apply , better reconfirm on the job profile.
