After receiving a call and scheduling the interview is very basic. They have a questionnaire that covers things like how you would resolve work issues among coworkers and what is one weakness you have in the work place etc.

It was a mass hiring process , so all 30 people got hired on the spot . There was no interview. Just a review of the pay which is low . But that's it .

It was a group interview so that made everyone feel like the tension was lifted. The interviews gave everyone a chance to introduce their selves and state their present/former job roles.
