I was a employee referral. It took a week. I got a phone call from the recruiter then went in for an onsite interview few days later. I had two rounds with 3 managers in each round. They asked about my approach to sales and questions to understand my personality and work ethic. They were very nice and clear on what they are looking for.

It started with a phone interview with H/R rep discussing work history and experience. Next it moved to an in-person with ADM managers. After that interview, a week or so later a return call from H/R was made to extend the job offer.
