J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WorkBoard (New York, NY) en juil. 2019
Entretien
Had a lengthy phone call followed up by a in person interview. Took a day off from work and moved my calendar around to accommodate their schedule. After an hour of picking my brain on strategy and target accounts they promised a follow up discussion. Three weeks went by with no response to my emails, finally responded to the agent to say they weren't interested. Extremely unprofessional, I can only imagine how customer service is for their clients. Most people have the common decency to follow up with a response after someone takes time to meet with you.

Entretien
4 zoom chats and a presentation project. Not overly difficult. Could have been more direction on the presentation. A lot of questions during the presentation that didn't pertain to the situation.

Recruiter reached out via email. Quick conversation and moved forward. The next step was with the Director.
Typical promoted too soon due to other employees leaving and it was completely noticeable. Very unprofessional and I just sat there listening while he just talked about himself.
Companies should stop this practice.

4 interviews and no offers. It was a a good interview process. Enjoyed meeting the team and learning more about their process. I wasn't quite qualified enough for the role but enjoyed the process.
