Interview was simple and standard. General behavioral interview questions were followed by industry specific questions, and I was given a short tour of the lab. It was apparent that company will put the effort into certifying people to become technicians

The interview was pretty straightforward- I was briefed on the details of the job and discussed pay with the hiring manager based on experience. There was a quick phone interview before the actual in-person interview.
