Quite friendly. General questions about career plan asked. Although towards the end slightly more personal questions were asked about family including siblings, the tone was still friendly and had a “to get to know you as a person” vibe.

Interviewed with a panel of partners, asked technical questions about your previous files, standards questions about your strengths and weaknesses, and your work life balance at current firm. Entire process took about 45 - 50 minutes.

Friendly, partners want to get to know you professionally. Asked why wongp and current trends in the area. About 40minutes with partners from the practice. Many questions about cv and how you think.
They will ask you questions about your CV. For your university, they will ask about the research work and papers done. Generally, they will also about questions relating to corporate law (e.g. company law, M&A) as well as general corporate finance related questions. I also had to describe my past experience working as a corporate trainee in a different law firm.
