Entretien
Phone interview with internal recruiter was first. She was very detailed about the position and the company. She asked me questions about my history and about my skills that pertain to the position. Then she set up an onsite interview with a manager and a supervisor. They asked questions that were specific to my history, and told me more about the position. The manager asked me about my salary requirements and told me what the position pays.

None. There were no trick questions. Everything was fair and honest.
It was more of a discussion. They did prepare questions to be asked and noted down your answers. Not too formal but couldn’t really tell what they were looking for.

Extremely professional and insightful into the role and project team. Several competencies and capabilities were tested and assessed. All the involved in the process were extremely professional. The process was extremely well aligned from a timeframe perspective.

It was very smooth and a seamless experience. A very professional recruitment process. Highly skilled professionals on all interactions that I had. Several interviews were necessary, but their rationale was clearly explained and you knew how the process will be from beginning.
