2 interviews, was told that one more interview needed prior to a site visit. Very positive interview with Customer Services Manager but then recruiter never got back with me to schedule next interview. I called and emailed her twice over a month. She finally contacted me to say that they found another candidate for the position, but they had a sales position in mind for me. I don’t have any sales experience nor do I have any interest. It really felt like their internal recruiter dropped the ball and tried to make it up to me by offering a different opportunity.
