Use a external agency then do the interviews themselves with no experience and standard questions. They did not get back to my initial enquiry and I had to follow up with them on numerous occasions. The interview was done by a Manager that does not really know how to manage people or follow up.

I was recruited waited a month then heard back from the rectuter that there may be a spot open. Went through the first interview process in which the manager spoke down to me as if it were a child. Was not interested after that.
