Very simple, straight forward interview process. I had two phone interviews and one face to face interview. The questions were more around my background, one or two questions as to how I would go about manage the team. I sent a couple of follow up email and received no response. I have read that others have had the same experience with them after an interview. It would take a couple of minutes to respond back, thank but we are looking at taking it in a different direction..... This is a new position but I do not think they have a clear understanding of what it is they want in this position.
