interviews were very fast and easy, but when i asked to understand why i'm not selected, the answer was "sorry we don't provide personnal feedback". This is not constructive as i'm not able now to understand the kind of errors i did.

Long and grueling. Met with multiple levels of management and potential co-workers. Many questions about the ability to manage accounts and specifics on customer engagements. There was a lot of playing me off against real or imagined other competitors for the position. Be surer you own a high end car for field sales. They require this but don't tell you until you are hired
