I applied for a job by e-mail. They sent an invitation for Open Day in Katowice for Luton base. The interview started at 9:00 am with an explanation about the stages of the interview.
1st stage - each of around 50 people had 2 min to introduce yourself.
2nd stage - solving a problem with customer
3rd stage - group activity
4th stage - interview

si inizia con la presentazione delle compagnia,test d' inglese per valutare se si ha il livello necessario richiesto, presentazione iniziale, poi team play role play ed infine final interview. ad ogni step vengono scartate delle persone
Long day with a 4 steps of interview. Kinda chaotic but overall it was ok. Every step was eliminator. Small presentations of the company, English test, 2 min presentation of yourself, role play, group task
First they presented the company to use and then we had to complete an online enlish test,the 3rd stage was a situational roleplay the 4th stage was group activity and the last stage was an individual interview
