Submitted Online Application. The University Recruiter reached out to me via E-mail and had my first round of phone interview with her. She was extremely nice, and asked basic questions about Wish and my resume. Then I had a second phone interview with 2 people in the Business Development team. Then, there was an on-site interview with 2 rounds with 2 people from the Business Development Team.

The first interview with a HR person was super nice. She mostly asked me why I wanted to work at Wish and my previous experiences. However, the second interview I was interviewed by someone on the business development team. The lady on the phone had very broken English to the point where I could barely understand her when she asked questions. However, I did notice that she seemed to be very biased once I told her I'm Chinese and I am fluent in Mandarin. However, when I asked her what she liked about working at Wish, her only answer was free snacks. I'm not sure if she was a new employee, but she seemed to know nothing about Wish.
