First I had a very pleasant interview with a HR specialist where we mostly covered my background and motivation for the role. After I got 2 homeworks-exercises: Task 1) To create a Procedure Documentation page for a specific topic that includes at least one Process Map and to Task 2) Make Proposal for the KM Governance including E2E knowledge management lifecycle process, communication and measurements (KPIs). I passed the tasks-homework and then I had a second interview with 2 employees from KM. At that interview there were more KM specific questions. Shortly after that interview I was rejected.

Applied on the website that had an interview on Zoom. Communication was smooth with the recruiter and I got timely answers. Can't really say more as I did not get further but I had a pleasant interview experience.
