My Wipro interview process for the People and Culture role was pretty smooth but took about 3 weeks in total.
It kicked off with an online screening and an aptitude test that also had a short essay section to check communication skills—that result came in about 4 days. A week later, I had the technical and role-specific round, where they grilled me on employee engagement frameworks, HR analytics, and situational case studies. After clearing that, it took another 5 days for the final HR and cultural fitment round, which was a quick 20-minute discussion about Wipro's core values, shift comfort, and salary. Unfortunately, about a week after that final round, I got the rejection mail saying they went with another candidate. It was super disappointing after getting that far, but the process itself was a really good learning experience.
