The interview for Windsor is simple if you have retail experience. Too simple honestly. One question was "where do you see yourself in five years" and "what would you do if you catch someone stealing." Personally, I expected more out of the interview for an assistant store manager role, but the interview questions and style is pretty much the same as any retail associate.
