Interview process was quick and easy. It was also very engaging, fun and laid back but also still serious. I would definitely say this has been the best process I’ve had.

Met with Regional Manager and Store Manager for a new store. The store manager called me to setup an interview; we talked for about 15 mins over the phone and we were excited to meet in person. When I met with her and the Regional Manager in person, the Regional Manager asked very generic questions but seemed VERY tuned out (lacked the ability to keep eye contact, didn't seem to have the answer to some of the questions that I'd asked him, etc). I was assured that my interview went well yet.. both the SM and RM ghosted me after the in person interview.

The interview process was quick and easy. I had to go through an interview with the store manager then a second interview with the district manager. I was offered the position within a week

Entretien
Little communication and direction during and after interview process / accepting job. No direction which led to ultimately changing mind about accepting and once again job searching. If there is little communication in the finding of the job I feel as if the job itself will be the same.
