You take a gamefied test online, If you get ahead, you get called for an interview with a COM/ Area manager. This is usually done over teams, you get asked about you ability to handle money, your knowledge on sports or betting in general and your openness to working in more than one shop.

Easy and straightforward. Just asked general customer service questions which you can find online. The interview was on Teams so make sure you are in a quiet area when you get invited for an interview. 2 people were conducting the interview.
