Was a very positive interview experience until the end, where I was ghosted despite going through three interviews and a technical assessment, and the final interviewer promised they would follow up with me either way. It left a bad taste in my mouth, though prior to that the process was efficient and respectful.

The interview process consistent of an initial phone screen and two in-person interviews and as a whole was very positive. Everyone I interviewed with was friendly and I felt very comfortable. The process took about 6 weeks, but that was partly due to the fact that I was working at the time and had to work the interviews into my schedule. Had I been able to be more flexible, it would have likely been faster. The questions at the interview were mostly about the experience I had as well as my understanding of general web development and technologies. They allowed me to use the programming language of my choice for programming questions, and the questions they asked were not bizarre questions that would almost never happen in real life. Having accepted the offer I was given, I can say that the interview showed Widen's "true colors", that being a great company with great people.
