I stated that effective communication is important as it is the best way to convey thoughts and ideas especially to a team in a working environment. Effective communication is also not limited to communicating clearly but listening actively to your other teams members. I always respect my peers and I believe good communication ensures the team is working to its fullest capability as a company's success can be dependent on their teams positive outlook and collaboration.
