I think this question can be answered in a smart way. I would start my answer with...."Well, i think everybody needs a job. However i want this job. To me a need and a want are different. I want this job because......" I would continue on and go down a list of my qualifications for the job. Then i would note that i believe my qualifications for this job would benefit walmart
