My first job after college was as a teacher, and I know that there are deficiencies in the educational sector. For example, our educational system is more focused on results, rather than useful skills one can use later in life. An organisation dedicated to providing youth with the opportunity to learn these skills and prepare them for life after school appeals to me, especially being the son of teachers. I want to be in an organisation making real impact, that is data centric and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
