I’m very professional on the phone. I handle very well under stress. I take criticism very well. I’m very positive and help co workers when needed. I’m very punctual getting to work on time. I provide great customer service while talking. I use a lot of active listening when talking to the customers. I want to take what I learn and show customers I’m a strong person and go above and beyond my job as a customer service representative.
