Shambolic. Get FULL information before attending interviews. Very dodgy and does seem like scam. I can only assume that any positive reviews on here are written by management (who is essentially just a bunch of kids) as the negative ones are exactly the same as my experience and the positive do not give full information. First interview was a very quick 1:1 where the interviewer did 90% of talking which was just regurgitating the exact information on the website. They sell this job as a kind of "rotational program" where you go around each section of the business with the ultimate goal of managing your own office in one of the "50 new offices they want to open". I was only asked one question with no time to ask my own questions. They are very careful not to actually state any of the real daily responsibilities of the role. As stated in the reviews below, the office is a very small quite dodgy building with only an A4 sheet of paper with the company logo on taped to the window with seemingly no one but the receptionist actually working in the office. The rate at which they're interviewing and hiring (only graduates) seems unsustainable. Whole experience felt a bit off. Got called back for a second interview the same week, they said it was an assessment day which includes leaving the office to observe a campaign. Business attire was essential but "be prepared for british weather". I assumed this meant just walking from one place to the other. I was told 10:30 start on the phone and in 2 emails. When I arrived they were in a meeting so had to wait for 1 hr 40 mins for the interview to start. We then left the office and got in a car to Ockendon. I was interviewed the entire way there with 4 other people in the car, never felt more car sick. The day is a full day of door to door sales. 5+ hours of walking around outside is DEFINITELY a detail that should be given. There was a guy who had just been hired on his first day who had done the same interview as me the day before (during storm Doris). There was no lunch break and no where to go to the toilet should you need to. If you ask any questions the response is "That's a great question, write it down and we'll answer it at the end of the day". They wouldn't even answer what time we would go back to the office. Some of the apartment buildings we were going into were very dodgy and I would feel unsafe should I have taken the job and had to go door to door by myself. I walked out of the interview about 3 hours in. They were not surprised at all and said things like "My first experience was negative too but if you can look past the entry level work to the progression.." and were all ready to sort me out transport back (I had already googled the nearest station) which makes me think they get a lot of people walking out. They say the door to door sales last a few weeks and then teaching people to sell (like the guy interviewing me) another few weeks, however linked in tells me this guy has been working at White Rabbit well over a year. Overall a MASSIVE waste of my time and money. Will get full details of assessment days in the future- although thats something you really shouldn't have to do.

Our first round interviews are really just a brief meet and greet to get to know candidates and see if we share the same ethos and ambition. We apologise if that seemed brief or short, however with such a high volume of candidates we want to give many the opportunity to sit down with us for an initial meeting before deciding who to take forward into the second stage. This is where we cover the role in more detail. It is important to us that the selected candidates join us for an open day so they can take on board more in-depth information and grasp a better understanding of our business, so they can make a well-informed decision about the role and opportunities available. As for our Glassdoor reviews, we, unfortunately, have no control over those. Glassdoor has extremely strict policies about who can and can't write reviews, and we are unable to alter, remove or post our own reviews. We can't do much about what people say about us online, but we do try to respond to people and we welcome feedback. Please do feel free to get in touch if there's anything we can respond to in more detail, or help to clear up. We apologise if you felt overwhelmed at any time during the interview process, we want to share our company goals and accomplishments with our candidates, we probably do talk a little bit too much about the exciting growth of our company, but we do want to make sure candidates are able to see the potential of our company for themselves. Our favourite thing is to work with people who are as motivated, excited and inspired as we are on a daily basis. We make sure we are prepared for any situation regarding our applicant's well-being, so in circumstances where an applicant should need to travel, we are prepared to help them do so efficiently, we do not see putting the candidate's well-being first as a bad thing. As a firm who are passionate about face to face communication, we could never see our personable approach to marketing as a negative thing, however, we do appreciate that this role is not everybody's cup of tea and that's ok. All the best.
