I had a call with an HR representative, chatted about my experience and motivations, classic HR interview. At the end I was asked if I was interested in moving forward with the recruitment process, and for some availability for the next week for a second interview with the current and next manager. There was a clear intention to move forward from both sides, we even discussed about best days and timing for the interview. But I was never contacted again (even no reply to my email to the recruiter asking for updates), except for an automated email telling me they won't move forward with my application. I thought it very unprofessional and rude
