I was called for the interview of tableau developer in your organization on 8th August, 2019. Had two rounds of interviews, role involved a techno functional role and I cleared it. Last round was the HR round, the HR told me that I have been selected and discussed all the perks and benefits of WHIRLPOOL with me. My package was not discussed and she told me that she needs to speak with the management and she will definitely send me the offer letter by EOD of 9th August, 2019 and had told me to join from 17th August,2019. I had a very calm and happy experience even she told me to find houses near to Viman Nagar. I waited till 12th August, 2019 and she told me that she is discussing on the same and will definitely send me the offer letter by next day. On 14th, August I got a call from her telling me that the requirement has changed and therefore I will not receive any offer letter but want me to interview again for another role for different project and she scheduled my interview again with another team. I was actually very depressed but I still thought of giving it another shot as I actually wanted to grab this opportunity. I motivated myself again and came back for the interview on 16 August,2019. My interview went well and the technical lead was very impressed by me. But one of the technical interviewers told me that they want to hire person with more than 4 years of experience. I was disappointed and they again scheduled my hands-on interview on 21st August, 2019 and this was the third time, still attended the interview and it didn’t go well because expectations were for a more experienced role. I knew I will not get selected. But still waited for the feedback. But this time the HR didn’t inform me for the entire next week and even stopped picking my calls. Finally, on text she told me that I didn’t clear the round
