Typical interviews with standard questions. One interviewer had me go through a business case scenario and determine ROI and if it would be a wise investment for the company. I would say the interviews were relaxed in nature, no trick questions. Many scenario based questions.

Probably one of the best interviews I’ve ever had. The HR person had great questions and had clearly looked into my background. This was the type of interview that really sells the company.

Multiple rounds Including phone screen and two panel interviews. Standard questions that were easy to answer if you come prepared. Very impressive campus design and it was made clear that they care about their employees. An area tour was also provided.

Fantastic engagement from the recruiters on the onset, but ghosted after completing the montage video interview. I was invited to interview with Whirpool for the second time in the last two years (two different roles/teams). Respect needs to go both ways. The candidate experience does not reflect the companies values.
