Initial phone call with COO, very straightforward followed by interview with preferred ecommerce supplier. Didn't have the complete validation of answers I needed to complete the work for the next stage. Was asked to do test work with incomplete data (paid) and then was told that they were going to "sit" on the work. Got a quasi-polite reply not knowing if they were going to use another contractor or they were going to have interal talks to figure out what they we re actually trying to do. Just really bad communication between supplier acting like and employee and the actual staff.
