Structured, constructive and encouraging! I had applied through Glassdoor and received a screening call within 2-3 days. After the screening call, interview process began. The HR recruitment team was extremely supportive throughout. There were 4 rounds of interview, each with a clear and fixed purpose. The interviewers were as prepared as I was (no random unrelated questions were asked). I had a wonderful experience in all my interactions.

first round, I had interactions about nature of current job as a trainer and awareness of pedagogical techniques of training. second round was a demo presentation of my take on two topics presented to a non-technical audience.
