My weakness would be time, not enough time to finish a project in 1 day. Wanting to complete everything I start, at a nice pace, with no mistakes, sometimes leads to a time constrain. In my past (retail) position I noticed, even though I worked fast, and sometimes through my break, I couldn't finish all I wanted done in a day.
