Phone interview with HR. He was nice and thorough with the questions. Once he deemed me qualified for a final interview with the hiring managers, he set it up and even provided me examples and tips on how to answer questions. The next one (final), is the panel interview with like, 5 to 6 VPs. They were all nice and asked good questions relating to experience and how I handled specific situations.
I had to decline the offer although it was very good, above my asking salary and the benefits are also tempting. The only reason is that it was a night shift job and work on site at some days. I didn't think I that is good for my mental and physical health.
