interviews was telephonic. interviewer dint even know what skills set are required.
questions were good based more on OOPS design pattern worst part was interviewer was reading from a prepared document or website so had least knowledge on OOPS and design pattern

There was a panel of peers consisting of roughly 3-5 people. Mine was staggered since they could not all meet at the same time. The interview was mostly about business development. They want to know what kind of connections I had to grow the company.

The interview process was smooth and professional. They coordinate the process through a resource person and the invites was sent on time. I have no negative feedback on the interview process
