Entretien
Written test (needed minimum 80% score) followed by an Online Tech interview from corresponding tech lead or manager. Tech interview was around 60 min, mostly role based with tech stack related, some times in-depth and other times a touch on topic.

I was contacted by their recruiter. Went thru a few hr phone screens then 3 more rounds of technical and behavioral interviews for about 12 hours total. They ghosted me after final round interview. Interviews focused mainly on fit and not much on technical competence.

Entretien
Initial interview began with a 30-minute presentation on the current tech initiatives to a group of prospective employees. Then each interviewee met with a different person in the tech group for an individual interview that lasted approximately 45 minutes.
