I didn't have a lot of experience interviewing, so I was very nervous. I first met with the head of human resources, who gave me a run down of the day, and what to expect. He was extremely nice and calmed my nerves a bit. I had 10 1:1 interviews over two days within three different departments. Wellington did an amazing job of matching me with the right person in the department that was best suited to my skills, personality, and interests. Out of the ten interviews, I was only skeptical that two went potentially badly, and it more so felt like the humans on the other side of the desk were just having stressful days. It was a professional, elegant, and organized process... A+! :o)
