Was a comperhensive process, with a series of interviews with everyone on the team involved, so they are obviously focused on getting buy-in from all the people you would be working with. Questions were fair and reasonable, with very few curve-balls. Did not get an offer, with the reaosn given that I did not have the exact background they were looking for, but was still satisfied with the way they went about the process.
