Not very organized. You sit in the VPs office with a few PMs around a table and they ask you a bunch of questions. Some questions are really dumb - such as "if the president asked you to wash his car, what would you say?" - the answer they expect is 'yes'. They want to know that you will do anything that helps senior management.
