The interview process starting with a phone interview for a general screening, then was followed by an in person interview. The interview took about three hours and was cycled through a large amount of people. The first was a typing test, second a protocol test, then an interview with many of the company's staff.

I applied for the position online. First interview was conducted over the phone with the Sales Director then a few days after I had an in-person interview with the Sales Manager.
