It was fairly standard. Spent more time talking about how a phone interview works than doing the actual interview. Seemed more concerned with getting a solid time frame for how long I was planning on working there, because 'years' wasn't a good enough answer for him. When I asked about how the company respects it's employees and how they deal with individuals with mental health related issues he was quick to lash out and shut me down for inquiring. I immediately told him I'm no longer interested and he was quick to try and apologize, but I reminded him that I'm not going to be disrespected during a interview and that the conversion was over. I had to repeat it several times to him politely before simply hanging up
