Filling out the application online through Taleo was very simple. I received an e-mail the next day from the recruiter. They set up a phone interview with the recruiter to see if you would be a good fit. Then they send your information to the store level. Human resources contacted me to conduct a phone interview and then set up a face to face interview. At the face to face interview the manager wasn't available to be there so I had to come back for a third interview. At that last interview it was a positive experience filled with many questions and the manager wrote my answers down on the sheet. I was offered the job and began work that next week.

Very smooth, had 2 interviews where one was phone call and other was in person. Straightforward and happened within a few days of application within the same week. The phone call was within 20 minutes rather than 30
