I was working as a General Merchandise clerk at the time and asked to shadow the Call Center located in Greece. The team over there was so kind and I had no idea one of the team leads there who was offering me a tour would become my boss. He let me sit in on one of the representatives who was answering one of the calls. After about an hour they briefly spoke to me and asked me to come in for an interview. I met with a team lead and an HR person and then heard back from them the next day that I got the job :)
